wow.. one heck of a week has passed by. lolz. grbe ang cool nun accent training namin, better than the accent training ive had at tele. oppps. bgyan ko kayo ng summary ng mga nanyare skin during mon to fri.. ayun, btw last week.. when i went at west for my call sim and final interview that was scheduled like 12mn. aw. i had no choice but to ride a cab.. wala ng transpo nung around mga 11.. kainis tlga. so ayun, grbe ang hirap ng call sim esp kung wala kang call center experience.. panu ba nmn ang bungad agad sakin e.. "hi, i wish to talk to your supervisor.. " wtf dba? buti nlng nga me background ako.. d shempre super de-escalate ako.. tpus ang concern pla nya is why is she paying for an internet charge when she didnt even enrolled for it.. sumthing like dat. so, parang fraud pa un concern.. sup call at fraud.. ayus no? so, ayun after de-escalating.. churva churva.. e d niresolve ko un issue by telling her that ill be connecting her to fraud dept.. hehehe. after the call, she was really surprised. ( i didnt declared i got an experience) she asked me if i got any call center exp.. palusot ko nlng ive had a training.. un lng. lolz. tpus un final interview. ksabay ko un batch mate ko sa training sa tele.. hehe. supervisors did the final.. super tanong lng. ayus lng. then after that, they just gave us a number to call para malaman if we passed.. ayun, pagdating ng fri. tumawag nko. waa. trunkline. super intay ako wala. almost mag2pm na sha. kaya si gaga super punta ng west. bahala na kung passed or not. hehe. buti nlng pasado. job offer agad pagdating ko. kya lng waiting list pa raw ksi puno na un sched for mon 10-10. kya sabi punta nlng daw ako ng mon tpus kung me absent ill fill in.

sat- sun: spent my weekends with my love of my life empre.

mon: yun, super early ako gumising 7am ba nmn eh. para akong alien dun sa office panu ako lng ata un waiting. super pray nlng ako e. buti nlng. me absent. before 7am i was informed na pasok na ako for that sched. whew! d nasayang punta ko. our trainer was late like around 8am na sha dumating. hehe mejo pissed dahil nawala raw ang zippo lighter nya. tpus dumating din si julie just after our trainer. wee. me kasama na ako.. ayun, we just tackled the company's history, rules etc. us states, accent, sounds nf a, e blah blah. bsta un. saka empre never ending pakilala.

tues: weve had our quiz abt the states. d ako masyado nakapagaral. i only got 34/40. tpus we had a phone interview un para magpronounce ek ek. la lang. anu ba pa. un discussed abt map identification. with a story huh. kulitz.

wed: we had another interview this time face to face na raw. kaya ulit ako.. weee. got a 100. lolz. tpus sa quiz namin abt map identification ive got 100 also. anu pa ba.. hmmm.. waa wala na ako maisip.

thurs: quiz n nmn.. dis time, time zone.. aw. baba ko eh. 57/60. amp. d ko naperfect. ayun, me phone interview na nmn. abt resumes. kunwari nagaapply raw. whew. hirap e. nyehehe. btw, andun kme sa 35th flr.. feels like we were some kinda weather forecasters.. kitang kita nmin halos buong manila. cool.. sarap magsightseeing.. we had our hr talk pla.. ayun kelangan na magpasa ng requirements by wed. aw. scary.

fri: LAST DAY! weeeeeeeeeee. hehe. wala natanggal samin. ayun, last quiz namin. i got 70/80. amf. super baba. d ako nakapagaral nun mga capitals. we had our photoshoot for our badges then we also had our tour sa earthlink production floor. mukhang mahirap nga ata un account. wish ko lng magsurvive ako.. aw. what more? hmmm ayun, we had a game un me papel sa likod tpus lalagay mo traits ng tao.. sakin mostly e.. shy.. LOLX. as if. saka friendly, cool, nice, etc. basta un. funny comments. saka we've watch some clips.. il be posting some the links.. hehe.. here goes:
