Rants and Raves of a Bum

arrgghh..  1st absent ko sa work ko.. d na tlga kinaya ng katawan ko ang pagod.. super maga na ata mata ko sa dami ng tulog ko ngaun..  kung kelan nmn d masyadong marami calls ngaun.. hehehe. THANKSGIVING nila eh..  weeee.. puro coaching nlng nga e.. mmya papasok ako.. bukod sa pay day.. na for sure e me discrepancy na naman ako..  hmm syempre low call volume mmya.. nyahaha.. samantalahin ika nga. nakakatuwa kahit papano sa work ksi maganda nmn performance ko.. opppss.. QA ko bumaba.. peru with aht, pababa na raw ng pababa. CSAT ko.. uyy 100% hehehe. saya saya eh.  nabadtrip nga lng ako sa last call ko the other day ksi nmn ang gulo kausap nun customer.. nangyare pa tuloy na query pa ako nun isang agent na nagmis-xfer daw ako ng call.. fuk. badtrip tlga.  peru ok lng ksi kya ko nmng i-defend un call ko na un e.. peru panira lng tlga sha. anyway, 1 araw lng off ko for this week ksi nakipagtrade scheds ako with one of my batchmates sa office.. ok lng nmn ksi low call din nmn un araw na un.. kya next week il be enjoying 3 days of off.  hmm peru im still thinking kung kukuha ako ng sched in one of those off ksi nga ABSENT ako kagabi.. hehe. sana maging maganda mga susunod kong araw.. magtagal nga lng sana ako ng 6mos dun sa work ko ngaun.. ok na un.. tpus sana ok din ang love life.. sana wala ng problema..  hays. ay last sun pla, nanood kmi ng harry potter.. err. ok lng un movie peru kung ikaw un tipong super expecting.. madidisappoint ka lng.. not really a good movie though.. bsta ok lng sha.. hehehe.. ay, pay day nga pla.. starbucks na naman ito! yehey!!!  sana makabili na ako ng cel nito.. at makulit ko sana ang bf ko na magpunta sa mga tita ko tmrw.. bday ksi ng cousin ko.. hmmm.. im craving for kfc chicken steak.. weeee.  hays.. sana makasama ako sa team bldg namin.. kso ksi bukod sa ayaw ng bf ko na sumama ako e ang mahal ng budget 1500 per person.. hehehe. bahala na... 

this week was a very tough one..  no need to further explain that one.. we had our Earthlink Finals last Tues. aw!  i only got 74/92 which was the passing score. Whew!  I really only got 73 but there was a consideration made so one point was added to my final score.. hahaha.  so much for being so lucky that day. Next day, that was wednesday was a make or break for all of us. We had our West Finals which was 75 items. (scary!)  i never really studied the exams and just spent my day sleeping the whole day.. i just listened during our review and that's it.. hehehe so bad of me.. but yeah, it paid of.. i passed the exam and got 73. hurray!  well, some of us didn't pass but they were given a chance to pass.. and they DID it! all of us passed the training! they did celebrate the day..  as for me.. super takas na ako.. im the only one who didn't came. we also had our chance to listen to live calls.. we did some wirejacking.. (is my spelling correct? damn) and we had most of our time chatting with our jabber.. (some sort of im, but this one is used for business purposes only.) well, ayun bastusan sa chat room. we were even hiding our identities in the room. kulit tlga.  un na nga un pampagising namin when we feel sleepy. aw. speaking of sleepy. super sleepy tlga ako nun fri. haha. my seatmate was even shouting, "one agent down.. yadi yadi ya"  hmmm. we are now on our BABM training. last day na nmin sa monday. its about upselling earthlink's product. we'll be talking live calls din sa monday with upselling na. takot na ako.  after nun sa tues, production floor na kmi.. aw. i just hope we all survive there. hihi.  i just hope this coming week we'll be great.. nah.. especially with my pay.. haha.  i still have to get my pre-employment med exam, my badge, my discrepancy with my last pay.. aw... malas ko ata tlga.  hihi. maybe i dadaan ko nlng sha sa pagdadaydream  lolz. super busy na tlga life ko. pati ang bebi ko. busy na den.. huhuhu. good luck to us nlng...
