RPM2 : The True Running Power Meter

This post was created in partnership with eAccountable. All opinions are my own.

I used to join Track and Field when I was in Elementary. I remember joining 50 meter and 100 meter dash events during our school's sportsfest every year. Anyhow, devices were not available back then. But now, fret no more because  there's a new technology for athletes which I am sure you will all love.

RPM2  or Remote Performance Measurement/Monitoring is a revolutionary technology aimed at making athletes stronger faster and give better results. It is a remote force-measuring shoe insole used to help correct mechanics and form for athletes to help reduce injuries.
RPM2 is specifically engineered to enhance an athlete’s performance by providing data related to gait, range of motion, force, and power.

RPM2, known to be the only “true” running power meter in the world, streams real-time power while you're running or cycling.  The device calculates force directly from the footbed so one can see how gait breaks down over the course of the run, and at what point or points this occurs. This provides a unique
coaching opportunity for additional strength and conditioning to address this breakdown in gait.

If you enjoy running ( like me! ) or cycling, RPM2 can help you reduce pressure on the anterior or medial compartment of the knee by determining the normal motions of the foot and ankle while in the bike pedal or running. It is also the first and only footbed cycling power meter in the world that measures both right and left leg power, as well as collective power. Trainers and Coaches understand that the more bi-laterally equivalent the legs are, the better the athlete will perform. RPM2 measures bilateral equivalence, gait analysis, and cycling mechanics to help athletes achieve bi-lateral equivalence, and you can also use RPM2 daily as a training device. Wow that's a cool feature! I hope I can buy two pairs of those next time for my kids.
So, what are you waiting for? be a proud owner of RPM2 device by checking out RPM2.com's website to learn more on how you can take sports to a higher level.
